The 300 workout:- 25 pull-ups
- 50 deadlift reps with 135lbs
- 50 push-ups
- 50 24" box jumps
- 50 floor wipers (hold the 135lbs weight over your head and touch your feet - with legs as straight as possible - to the right weight, then the floor, then the left; that's one)
- 50 single-arm 36lbs kettlebell press-and-cleans
- 25 pull-ups (again)
Still, it's been completed.
My new routine is to complete this every 12 weeks to see how I improve/worsen. Hopefully I improve.
EDIT: I just got a letter from our energy company...they decided to send out Christmas cards this year in the form of a bill for the last year and a half of service.
Merry Christmas to you, too, Excel Energy!

Wow, that's an interesting workout routine. Is that a New Years Resolution?
From what I've read of your recent posts, college seems pretty hard. I've seen a trend among my college-friends of the class average being... well, terrible. Is it really that bad?
Well, keep in mind that the class I was taking was a 400-level Physics course.
In most majors it's not that bad. A lot of people just slack off because they no longer have their parents telling them to do their work or go to class. As such, their grades suffer.
For other majors, it really is just a lot of hard work.
